The Public Hearings for the Delmarva Rate Hikes were incorrect, sending a confusing and incorrect notice to the public on the Eastern Shore for the second rate hike request in a row. Delegate Smigiel showed up and demanded new publications and new hearings so the public can have an opportunity to voice their opposition to the proposed 4% increase.
