Eminent Domain Bill set to be killed
I was just told that today the Environmental Committee is going to kill HB-63 which would protect your private property rights by prohibiting the use of eminent domain powers from being used for public good (as opposed to public use).
This has been designated as a Liberty Vote. If you want to have an impact you need to start calling the members of the environmental committee now.
