LIBERTY SCORECARD HOLDS LEGISLATORS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR VOTES!
Legislators will now be held accountable with respect to their votes on issues of liberty before the Maryland Legislature. I am proud to have received a perfect score on the 2009 Liberty Scorecard.
Five votes in the Senate and five votes in the House were used to score individual legislators on how they vote on issues of Liberty.
