Delegate Mike Smigiel will appear on Dick Gelfman’s radio show on WCTR- 1530 AM, Friday Nov. 6 at 1:00 pm. Delegate Smigiel will appear with Mayor Margo Bailey on the “Talk of the Town” ( the station webb site describes it as) a roundtable show in which members of the community come in to discuss the hot topics of the week.
